Poster Presentation Guidelines:
Presenters will have 4 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2 minutes for questions. All posters will be loaded onto a conference computer running Windows, and then presented electronically on 60 inch displays. You have the option of presenting one slide of your poster or using up to 5 slides for your presentation. We request your presentation include:

  • Title/Authors/Funding/Disclosures
  • Background
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
Posters should be prepared using PowerPoint, Keynote or similar software, with a custom slide size in landscape orientation – please set these the custom size to 55 inches (140 cm) wide by 28.5 inches (73 cm) tall.

For best presentation results on the monitors, we suggest use of high contrast designs such as a light background with dark text. Images should be JPG or PNG format; text should be 24 point or larger. Short videos in AVI, QuickTime or MPEG file format may be included in your presentation if these better illustrate your results (see instructions below regarding uploading presentations that include video).

All poster presentations must be uploaded no later than the evening of September 29, 2017.
  • Posters that do not include video can be saved as PDF files prior to upload. These can be emailed to or uploaded to the designated computer in the hotel conference rooms during the meeting.
  • If your presentation will include video files, you must save as a PowerPoint (.pptx) file with embedded videos in the same folder as the presentation. The folder that includes your slides and your videos must be uploaded to the designated computer in the hotel conference rooms during the meeting.
